TAC Crystal Lab

Through the independent development of various Cz crystal growth technologies, TAC can be entrusted to grow required single crystal materials for academic institutes, research centers or companies.






The crystals grow in our crystal laboratory including:

◊ Single crystal substrates for nonpolar III-V (GaN、InN & AlN) and II-VI (ZnO) materials: LiAlO₂、LiGaO₂、NdGaO₃

◊ Ultra-high power laser and nonlinear optical crystal: Nd:Gd₃Ga₅O₁₂ (GGG) with Nd 3% and Yb:Y₃Al₅O₁₂ (YAG) with Yb 8%

◊ Piezoelectric crystal: La₃Ga₅SiO₁₄、Ca₃NbGa₃Si₂O₁₄

◊ Crystal for quantum memory: RE: Y₃Al₅O₁₂ (YAG)、RE: Y₂SiO₅(YSO)、RE:YPO₄

◊ Scintillator: Ce:Gd₂Si₂O₇(GPS)、Ce:Gd₂-xLuxSiO₅(LGSO)

◊ Topological superconductor: p-type Bi₂Se₃, Bi₂Te₃, CuxBi₂Se₃, Sb₂Te₂Se
